Kellie is an intuitive and skilled relationship builder with a flair for aligning people and culture to business strategy.  Her depth of knowledge about the challenges facing leaders today is underpinned by 20 years of professional experience with leading Australian and global organisations across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Higher Education and FMCG.  Kellie’s current clients are in the corporate, government, professional services and not for profit sectors.

As a coach, Kellie focuses on helping leaders transform their leadership to work more effectively with greater levels of complexity and to drive delivery.  She uses a strengths based approach to help individuals understand how their behaviour shows up in the environment they work in and how others experience them so that they may learn strategies to adapt their behaviour to drive greater business effectiveness.  Kellie has a deep theoretical understanding of how adults develop and she implements this practice in a very pragmatic way.

An environmentally astute and collaborative performer, Kellie understands the demands and diversity of needs within senior executive teams and stakeholder groups. Both dynamic and authentic, her wealth of experience across multiple industries makes her a passionate and unique expert in her professional field.  She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Applied Commerce - Organisational Change.

Ruth McCance

Ruth brings over 20 years’ experience to her work, across an extremely diverse range of clients including senior leaders of global, household-name companies; entrepreneurs who are disrupting an industry in the name of a ‘purpose beyond a purpose’; grassroots experience with migrants to Australia and people whose career paths have been made redundant, helping them shape a new sense of purpose, skill and confidence in their working and personal lives.

She played a key role in developing and delivering the first nationally recognised (ARC) qualification in the profession of psychotherapy in Australia and integrates the power of strength-based approaches to build on what is unique to each person, the insights of psychotherapeutic frameworks to minimize what gets in the way and the wisdom from ancient traditions to frame our journey of growth across our lifetime.

Ruth’s mantra is “We lead through the quality of our relationships and the first and most important relationship is with ourselves.” The result is leaders who can establish the environment for shared and compelling purpose and mission to be first generated and then properly lived.  It requires honest self-appraisal and compassion, along with an enhanced leadership toolkit to address current challenges from this new and more profound perspective.
